On-Site and Done Right
We operate a state-of-the-art 2,000 sqm production facility just 150 meters from Barcelona’s Trade Fair. With years of experience and an international focus, we understand your needs, language, and quality expectations.
Our Workflow
Reach Out to Us with Your Needs and Expectations
Once you contact us, we will schedule a video call to understand your vision, design preferences, stand requirements, timelines, budget, and past experiences. You will be introduced to your Project Manager, who will be your primary contact and ensure the success of your project.
Designing Your Exhibition Appearance
Our design team will create several design concepts based on your budget, presenting them with renderings. We will discuss the designs in a meeting and make necessary adjustments. Once the design is approved, you will receive a formal final quote for your project.
Producing Your Booth In-House
Using our in-house carpentry and experienced team, we will plan and produce the booth to meet the high-quality standards we agreed upon. Every part of your stand, including carpentry work, furniture, graphic printing, vinyls, and lettering, will be produced in our facilities. This ensures competitive pricing and top-quality products, as we handle everything ourselves up to European standards.
Building Your Stand
Our team of builders, along with your project manager, will be on-site at the trade fair to assemble your stand. With our main base just 150 meters from the Trade Fair, we can efficiently handle any unforeseen issues on-site.
Handing Over the Final Product
The day before the trade fair, you will receive your completed booth. We will have ample time to make any final adjustments and finish details to meet your expectations. You will receive a high-end stand, ready for the trade fair.
Disassembly and Storage or Disposal
After the show, we will disassemble the stand and either store elements for future use or dispose of everything if it was a one-time event. If we continue to work together, storing elements will reduce costs for future shows.
